For short duration jobs with up to two hours of air, the Air-Cart is an ideal mobile primary or emergency air supply. Designed to be used with pressure demand respirators, the Air-Cart accepts all standard 30-, 45-, and 60-minute SCBA cylinders. It is available in low pressure (2216 psig) or high pressure (4500 psig) configurations, and features a low pressure alarm, in-line check valve for uninterrupted air flow while changing cylinders and outlets for two to five workers. An optional by-pass is available that allows the Air-Cart cylinders to be used for emergency escape while breathing from a compressor.

Air-Cart / Air-Port with cylinders are shipped without air.

Ideal for confined space entry, Air-Port offers a convenient way of handling a critical extra cylinder of air in remote, and dirty environments. Designed as a highly portable source of breathing air, it is available as a high or low pressure system and uses all standard SCBA cylinders. Perfect for short duration usage, the unit includes a two-outlet manifold, adjustable regulator, and low pressure alarm. For protection all critical plumbing parts are housed in a rugged Pelican case that is balanced for easy carrying. For use with a compressor, an optional in-line by-pass is available allowing the cylinder to serve as an escape air source. (See Air-Cart for by-pass ordering).

Used to reduce high pressure through a series of tee and flexible pigtail connectors, our exclusive Low Pressure Airline Cascade Kits offer you the ease of ordering all the parts you need for your system with one part number. No more forgetting a piece or mis-matched fittings. Inline check valves on both the tee and flexible pigtail (available in low pressure only) are used to allow for uninterrupted air flow while replacing depleted cylinders. An optional low-on-air warning device alerts the user when air is low. Individual components are available for adding on to an existing system, or for building a high pressure cascade system.
